    細胞免疫熒光

    利用熒光標記抗體與目的抗原的特異性結合,通過熒光顯微鏡對抗原處的熒光進行拍照 ,可知細胞中目的抗原的定位和表達情況。

    技術原理

    根據抗原抗體反應的原理,先將已知的抗原或抗體標記上熒光基團,利用這種熒光抗體(或抗原)作為探針檢查細胞內的相應抗原(或抗體)。借助熒光顯微鏡觀察熒光,從而確定細胞內抗原/抗體的性質,并對其進行定位。比較不同條件處理的實驗組之間,細胞內蛋白的表達差異和細胞定位。
