    脾臟轉移模型

    將腫瘤細胞接種于裸鼠脾臟,通過觀察裸鼠體內腫瘤的形成情況,從而評價出細胞的轉移能力;常用于腫瘤細胞肝轉移能力的檢測。

    技術原理

    通過外科手術,將腫瘤細胞注射到動物脾臟中,制備脾臟接種轉移模型,通過借助小動物活體成像儀器觀察動物體內轉移灶的發生、發展情況,評價細胞在動物體內的轉移能力,主要轉移器官為肝臟,主要適用于腫瘤在動物肝部、腸系膜、全身性轉移方向的研究??商峁┑慕<毎涤校焊伟?、結腸癌、胃癌等。
